How long does it take to get quotes?

Most quote requests get their first vendor estimates within 24 hours, and the full set within 48 hours. You'll get an email each time a new estimate lands.

Can I message a vendor before booking?

Yes. Each estimate has a follow-up thread where you can ask clarifying questions. You get up to 5 round-trip messages per estimate.

Why can't I send my phone number in a message?

For your safety. Off-platform contact is the #1 vector for event-rental scams. Keeping everything in the thread means we can verify, mediate, and protect your booking.

How do payments and cancellations work?

Payments run through Stripe. Each vendor sets their own cancellation and refund policy, which is shown on the estimate before you book. Refund requests go through Stripe's standard dispute process.
